This time, I’d love to share my experience visiting Got, an ocean-view bakery café located at Sacheon Beach in Gangneung, which I went to with my husband and child.

 

 

A Visit to “Got” – Ocean-View Bakery Café at Sacheon Beach, Gangneung

Got is a large bakery café situated right in front of Sacheon Beach, known on social media for its wide-open sea view and amazing desserts.

The café has a modern, stylish exterior, and as soon as you walk in, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a stunning view of the ocean—it was breathtaking.

 

 

 

The café spans two floors and has a rooftop. On the 4th floor, there's a photo spot called “Stairway to Heaven,” which is perfect for taking memorable pictures.

Although I'm a little afraid of heights, I gathered up the courage to go up and took a great photo with the ocean in the background.

 

 

 

The Desserts Were Better Than Expected

There was an impressive selection of cakes on display. One in particular, called “Peach for Sale”, caught my eye with its adorable name and appearance.

 

 

 

 

Even my husband—who used to be a pâtissier—said, “This is delicious,” which really says a lot about the quality and flavor of the desserts.

 

 

 

After the Café – Fun at the Beach

After taking some photos, we went down to the beach just in front of the café.

It was quite windy and a bit chilly, but our child had an amazing time running around the sandy shore.

Even in the cold, they played with a big smile and didn’t complain once. That happy moment is still fresh in my mind.
